People get dog's and don't understand it takes time to train them. As soon as it arrived I took it out of the box and sat it on the floor to read the instructions but before I could even finish reading he was already using it. I Love this product!! Since I purchased the puphead in Nov. I have had 3 more of my friends buy one after they saw how well it worked. I know there are alot of pottys out there that have tried to copy the Puphead portable dog potty so be very careful and make sure it is the Original Puphead portable dog potty. Another good thing to know is that the company who makes the Puphead portable dog potty designed and manufactures thier own grass for the dog potty and its the only grass that is lead free that is being used in dog potty's restrooms. FYI I bought my puphead from Fetchdog.com. I have also seen it advertised in In the Company of dogs catelog and on Amazon as well as uniquedistributors.com.
